The Perils of being a terrorist?

Abu Faraj Al-Libbi was arrested in Pakistan yesterday.  Now, this is a major event in the war on terrorism.  But, I couldn’t help but notice that…..

This is the man they were looking for:

And this is the man they got:

The pics alone should serve as an advertisement of why terrorism is not a good career choice.  If that don’t work, maybe this little blurb from the second link will:

According to U.S. officials, al-Libbi is thought to have become al-Qaida’s operations commander after the capture of Khalid Sheikh Mohammed in March 2003. Mohammed was later handed over to U.S. custody and his whereabouts are unknown.

Life is unfair. Life is life. Sometimes however what goes around comes around. The picture you posted is taken BEFORE he got interrogated. Remember this is the nut that tried to assisinate the President of Pakistan.
I bet he would much rather be dead.

I know that was taken before he was interrogated. That was my point. He’s screwed now. He won’t be a martyr, and he’ll go to hell if he commits suicide.

Quite frankly, I have no issues granting him his desire of being a martyr.

    None at all.
