The REAL CIA leak probe
Posted by Moonage on 04 Aug 2005 | Tagged as: National Politics
While main stream media has made sure Karl Rove via Valerie Plame has remained in the forefront for the last six months, another CIA leak is being investigated very quietly:
And now we have:
Now, the question I think you should ask yourself is which is more important, the identity of someone who had not been undercover for nearly a decade, or the national security of the US?
And, once you’ve asked yourself that question, ask yourself why main stream media seems to think otherwise. We are talking about the #2 guy in the Senate leaking information about our national defense.
And not one word of it on tv.

Maybe there won’t be any “mainstream media” coverage of this ….yet.
If the allegations turn out to be true and there are charges filed, the “mainstream media” will be complaining about the “abuse of power” being used by the evil, draconian Bush White House and not a word about National Security.
These examples of media bias used to anger me but now I find them humorous and heartening. Just take the LA Times as an example. The folks who buy the papers advertising space and the readers have revolted. Circulation is way down, advertising revenus is even further down and Michael Kinsley is gone. More of the same is happening at all the “mainstream media” outlets, especially on television. Fox cable is absolutely killing all the rest of the so-called “mainstream media” to the point where it is cutting into advertising revenue for ABC,NBC,CBS etal.
It is just a matter of time before stockholders decide enough is enough and bounce the entire bunch of elitest liberals from their lofty positions because ideology will never come before profits. Watching these jerks commit suicide on a daily basis brings a smile to my face and a bunch of cash in my pocket. Here is a clue for “Red State America”, short their stocks and make yourself a few dollars while you get even with those bastards. I know I’ve been doing it and am enjoying every bit of it.
By the way, anyone hear from George Soros lately? He needs to come to the rescue of Air America so we have more topics to discuss.

Funny you should mention
Soros. He has apparently pretty much gutted
America Coming Together. I haven’t read what he’s done with the other 527’s he was in.
I wouldn’t bank on Soros getting involved in Air America any time soon. For that matter, I “hear” Franken might be losing interest as well for other pursuits.
