Dense Voters

Following on my promise to torture and enjoy the numbers from the Liberal/Conservative City Ranking, here’s some more fun things to think about. I added population density to the mix. Here’s how some of the cities in the list faired:
| Municipality | state | density | Lib/Cons |
| Union City city NJ | New Jersey | 52972 | nr |
| New York city | New York | 26401 | 21 |
| Passaic city | New Jersey | 21803 | nr |
| Huntington Park city | California | 20251 | 213 |
| Somerville city | Massachusetts | 18867 | nr |
| East Orange city | New Jersey | 17775 | nr |
| Paterson city | New Jersey | 17674 | 13 |
| San Francisco city | California | 16633 | 9 |
| Jersey City city | New Jersey | 16093 | 28 |
| Cambridge city | Massachusetts | 15765 | 8 |
| Mount Vernon city | New York | 15688 | nr |
| Hempstead village | New York | 15365 | nr |
| Cicero town | Illinois | 14644 | nr |
| Lynwood city | California | 14388 | nr |
| Hawthorne city | California | 13878 | nr |
| Berwyn city | Illinois | 13875 | nr |
| Daly City city | California | 13703 | nr |
| South Gate city | California | 13084 | nr |
| Chicago city | Illinois | 12749 | 17 |
| Miami Beach city | Florida | 12501 | 120 |
This means, unequivocally, the dense tend to vote liberal. Of the Top 20 densest cities, only Huntington Park, California bucked the trend and ranked VERY conservative. Some weren’t rated at all by the liberal/conservative list. It needs to be expanded apparently.
Looking at the inverse, the least dense voters tended to look like this:
| Anchorage city | Alaska | 153 | 215 |
| Suffolk city | Virginia | 159 | nr |
| Carson City NV | Nevada | 366 | nr |
| Norman city | Oklahoma | 541 | nr |
| Chesapeake city | Virginia | 585 | 195 |
| Augusta city | Georgia | 646 | 110 |
| Dothan city | Alabama | 667 | nr |
| Port Arthur city | Texas | 696 | nr |
| Jonesboro city | Arkansas | 697 | nr |
| Rio Rancho city | New Mexico | 705 | nr |
| Yuma city | Arizona | 727 | nr |
| Apple Valley town | California | 740 | nr |
| Peoria city AZ | Arizona | 784 | 225 |
| Edmond city | Oklahoma | 802 | nr |
| Vineland city | New Jersey | 819 | nr |
| Flagstaff city | Arizona | 832 | nr |
| Temple city | Texas | 834 | nr |
| Oklahoma City city | Oklahoma | 834 | 216 |
| Athens city | Georgia | 851 | 98 |
| Columbus city GA | Georgia | 860 | 147 |
The least dense voters overwhelmingly voted conservative. The only exceptions being Augusta and Athens Georgia, and they were just moderate rankings.
You can draw your own conclusion from these numbers. All it does is reinforce the one I already had. That being, IMO, that states that are pretty much dominated by very large urban areas tend to vote liberal. ( See Huntington Park’s liberal ranking vs their state color. ) States that are not, vote conservative.

Any guess as to why the ACLU is fighting soo hard to get convicted felons their voting rights back?
When will this madness ever stop?
It is high time to take the ACLU head on and use their favorite tactic against them. That being when they get their wins or out of court settlement, John Q Public gets to pick up the tab for their enormously inflated legal fees. A few wins against these bastards instead of waving the white flag because most municipalities do not have the resources to fight will certainly slow this insanity down. Figure on a few high priced lawyers who will go toe to toe with these jerks at the ACLU and beat them at their own game will eliminate their cash. The government will then pay the legal fees of the winner and the ACLU will loose the attorneys that brought suit on their behalf as they would have to absorb all their own expenses plus pay the winning side their overly inflated legal fees as well. Time to fight fire with fire. Especially attacking the suits brought on behalf of convicted felons who want their voting rights restored. That my friend will certainly slow down the ACLU insanity.

I don’t know what their logic is. However, I know what their chances are. Therefore, it’s not something I’v e worried about or read much of anything on.

Their logic is simple. Get the felony vote reinstated so the Liberals can win seats in the House and Senate. Then if they ever get the White House, the Judicial Appointments will look like the 9th Circut all over America. That is the agenda pure and simple.
