Rosie O’Donnell for SCOTUS?

Posted by Moonage on 05 Sep 2005 | Tagged as: Humor

I don’t know any other way to categorize this than what it has to be, a joke.  Seriously, there’s apparently an effort by the "true blues" to draft Rosie O’Donnell for the most recent vacant seat on the Supreme Court.

I’ll be watching this one carefully.  The left took a slider on John Roberts, the political heat and rhetoric from Katrina will make this next round even more contentious, and, the recent polls indicate Bush might be vulnerable in positioning the party for 2006.  In order to prep for next year, Bush will need to get someone who can galvanize the US.  I personally don’t see it being Rosie, but who knows?

I read the post and True Blue makes some strong arguments in favor of Rosie. Reagan made a pretty good president so why not Rosie in the High Court?
