Someone needs to do a mandatory evacuation of Sean Penn before he hurts himself or someone else. He didn’t look quite right bailing out his boat, he looks even less right carrying a gun.
This is not parody on my part, someone NEEDS to get him out of there.

I am most inclined to think that rifle’s not loaded. He is an actor. Now, if that were Ted Nugent patrolling the streets, I would be a little more concerned.
