Being a Leader

Posted by Moonage on 13 Sep 2005 | Tagged as: Katrina

"Katrina exposed serious problems in our response capability at all levels of government," Mr. Bush said at joint White House news conference with the president of Iraq. "And to the extent that the federal government didn’t fully do its job right, I take responsibility."

Michael Brown cited his failing the president, and resigned.  Bush has taken full responsibility for the failures of FEMA.

Governor Blanco is still blaming FEMA for everything the state was supposed to do.

Mayor Nagin is still blaming everybody else for what he should have done.

See a difference in style?  See a difference in ethics?
