Harry Belafonte on tyrants and dictators

- We elected Bush, that totally debunks the "tyrant" label Belafonte tosses around. It just seems odd Belafonte praising a dictator by trashing a democratically elected president.
- Chavez’s "revolution" would be dust if it weren’t for all the money he’s making selling it to Americans. The only way we "support" Chavez’s revolution is by using their oil. There’s nothing new about that double-edged sword that is oil. I’m sure Belafonte thinks Hussein and the Iranians are swell as well. It’s just so boring trashing the bad guys now isn’t it Harry?
- There is nothing to support Belafonte’s statement that "millions of the American people support your revolution".
So, let’s see if we can quantify Belafonte’s unsubstantiated BS, shall we?
Frankly, the actions of Belafonte of late have just embarassed me. I used to think he was a class act. Now, he just seems bitter and detached. Not a good personality trait to have for a UNICEF goodwill ambassador.

Belafonte is the alternate universe equivalent of Pat Robertson.
Neither are relevant…both should keep their mouths shut.

Amen.
It just amazes me how famous fools can become.

What has Belafonte ever done that made you think he was a class act? He’s been a classless moonbat for decades.

Well, nothing actually. Some people just have an air about them the exudes a presence that often is not realized upon closer inspection. If Harry could keep his mouth shut and just keep singing Day-O, he’d be tops in my book. However, that applies to most of the music and movie industry.
