Harry Dick shot

I posted what I posted on Dick Cheney’s errant shot and the media temper tantrum that followed it. And THEN, I read the best comment on what’s going on from JunkYardBlog. Now, Junk has a cute story to tell. But, it’s in no way applicable to what’s going on now. You see, Junk shot himself squarely between the eyes, and didn’t tell anyone. Dick shot someone ELSE, and didn’t tell the media right then. Now, just to help Junk out, I’ve got a story that IS applicable to Dick shooting Harry. Only thing is, I’ve posted it here before and really don’t feel like repeating it. So, if interested, go HERE and read the story, then come back and we’ll recap, if you still want to.
Now, in OUR case, NO ONE told the story for years and years. In this case it also involved a Harry, a Dick and was a true conspiracy. However, in the true sense of outdoor survival techniques, no one died and so therefore no real harm was done. In the true sense of country life, what happens in the woods stays in the woods, as long as no one dies and someone else finds the body. It’s painfully obvious that guy from NBC doesn’t have a clue about life outside the beltway. And, I would highly advise him not to accept Dick’s next invitation to go hunting in the backwoods of Texas. Accidents happen when you play with guns.
