Probe of Louisiana Democrat provides fodder for GOP
Representative Jefferson’s in a world of hurt. He has abused his position about every imaginable way possible. Given the dynamics of his district at this time ( you got it, New Orleans ), he might do the inconceivable and lose it for the Democrats. Besides shaking down constituents and taking bribes, he’s accused of diverting National Guard troops trying to rescue drowning people in New Orleans to check on his house. Apparently Bush doesn’t hate black people nearly as much as Representative Jefferson. Could that be true, Kanye?
Come on Nancy, care to give us your opinion on Jefferson? Is he simply the latest example of Democrats in Congress that are plagued by culture of corruption at the expense of the American people or does he get a free pass because he’s a Democrat? Go ahead, make my day. Answer the question.
