Ward Churchill found guilty by his peers

A while back I did a series of articles on Ward Churchill. In fact, it was over a year ago. I made it perfectly clear I did not think it was proper conduct for an “educator” funded with public money to be using that position to espouse their personal political agendas. And, as well, I pointed out that this guy, besides being wrong, was intentionally misleading in his representation of himself ( read, not to be trusted or respected ). Today, we get this:
Based on its investigation of those allegations, the Committee unanimously found, by a preponderance of the evidence, that Professor Churchill committed several forms of academic misconduct as defined in the policy statements of the University of Colorado at Boulder and the University of Colorado system:
- Falsification, as discussed in Allegations A, B, C, and D.
- Fabrication, as discussed in Allegations C and D.
- Plagiarism, as discussed in Allegations E and G.
- Failure to comply with established standards regarding author names on publications, as discussed most fully in Allegation F but also in Allegations A, B, and D.
- Serious deviation from accepted practices in reporting results from research, as discussed in Allegation D.
Case closed. For all those people that defended Churchill both here and otherwise, I’d sure like to know what you all are thinking now.
