Sex change operation a necessity?

Kosilek, 57, was convicted of strangling his wife, Cheryl, in 1990.
I’ll bet every single person in this country has some surgery they’d love to have. I need Lasik in the worst way. I have a very physical and active young boy who loves nothing more than to punch me right in the face. I have to adjust my glasses at least daily. This is inhumane and belittling. Should the state pay for it?
Hell no. Of the about 300 million people in this country, Kosilek’s medical necessity ranks about 300 millionth. Not only has he forfeited most of his rights by violating the most basic law we have, he should be thankful he’s still alive much less wanting surgery to correct something he should have no use for at this point. He’s survived 57 years the way he was, that’s more than a lot of better people make it. He’s mooched off public funds since 1990. We’ve spent too much on this guy already. If he wants to do himself in because after 57 years death is preferable to having a penis, so be it. IMO, that’s just a better reason to deny the operation. ( get the picture yet? )
