A reminder: Don’t masturbate during Ramadan

I am hosting these comments for Stormwarning, who can’t seem to get it past the censors at The Motley Fool. His comments on wanking keep getting him yanked. Without further ado:
Khameini: Don’t masturbate during Ramadan
Iran’s supreme leader answers questions on masturbation and other topics on his website.
Deliberate masturbation during the month of Ramadan renders a fast invalid, Iranian Supreme Leader Sayyid Ali Khameini has ruled.
Is there a time when it isn’t deliberate? Well, I guess…no! I don’t think that counts.
The article is too short for me to quote more of Khameini’s insights.
For more information on this and other pressing questions, please read the whole article, and then refer to his website.
Moon’s thoughts on this: During Ramadan, I suggest all Muslims avoid my Pavlov thread. ESPECIALLY the posts on:

Are ya done yet?

Now THAT is very funny…and I notice that you still have Salma Hayek at the top of your list…LOL
Of course, to get it past the censors, substituting “self pleasuring” or “pleasuring yourself” for the word, masturbation might well do it.
I have a feeling that they would’t have approved of terms like: Choke your Chicken OR Spank your monkey
People who are uptight about bodily functions (including, but not exclusively, masturbation) are prime targets for comedians like George Carlin. I was looking for one of his quotes on masturbation, but somehow, I can’t find it. But…masturbation isn’t even on the List of the Seven Dirty Words (or the expanded list).
Even the Cato Institute has a position on the subject of “potty mouth.”
Uptight people. Makes you wonder if they remember their “first time.”

I would never make a good Muslim or a good Catholic! No jacking off for a month but slaughtering infidels is peachy keen eh?

Slaughtering infidels is permitted in Catholicism? I’ve never heard that taught in my 44 years of being Catholic. While you are permitted to kill in self defense or the defense of others, wholesale slaughter of people of a different faith is most certainly not permitted in the Catholic Church. Which is why you don’t generally see Catholics - or Christians - slitting throats or otherwise killing non-believers. I wish I could say the same about Islam, but I can’t.

I am a little late to the party, but have another picture to contribute as a “visual aid”.
Actually, a few more.
