After careful scrutiny, and a lot of laughing, I have come to the conclusion it is most likely Photoshopped. 
You however, can believe what you want.

Hilarious picture for sure, but it’s an OBVIOUS photoshop job. The disgustingly hairy torso is that of the scumbag throwback murderer Khalid Shaikh Mohammed. The image from Khalid Shaikh Mohammed’s capture is probably the most recognized image of the prick. Here’s the original image…
