The battle for Newark, NJ
Apparently there’s a war going on. Nevermind Iraq or Afghanistan, this one’s a little closer. Try Newark, NJ. Accordingto Fox, nearly 60 murders so far this year. Also according to the same article, Mayor Cory Booker is taking a lot of heat for the actions of his citizens. That’s probably a fair assessment since he ran on a crime-crackdown agenda. However, apparently he doesn’t have the resources it takes to closely keep an eye on the more than quarter of a million people inhabiting Newark. And those citizens apparently are incapable of policing themselves.
I’m tired of all these gang and youth violence running unchecked in large cities. The answer is quite simple:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
It’s time to send in, at the very least, the National Guard and start cracking down HARD on this trash of society so that the general welfare and domestic tranquility is enjoyed by those who do try.
