The Democrat Agenda

Two headlines today I think sum up the Democrat financial agenda very adeptly:

Now, without necessarily going into the pros and cons, or the nuts and bolts, it’s just typical of teh Democrat bigger government policy.  Rather than fixing the problem, just tax more people and then give them a handout to make them feel better.

We don’t a $500 rebate, and, we don’t need higher taxes on gasoline.  What we need right now are tax cuts that don’t have strings.  And, we need legislation FORCING people to ween their dependence on gasoline.  Sounds harsh, but that’s the solution.  Creating another welfare program is not.
