John Boehner says maybe not. What do you think?

OK, now what I’d really like to actually discuss is how many people actually know WHY the 14th exists and why it actually applies in the 21st century. I don’t care if anyone thinks Boehner or the Republicans in general are pandering to the Tea Party, I’m sure they are so that’s not the issue. The only issue I have is how many people think he’s right or not and why.
