Here’s where the congressional budget process has gone wrong the last twenty years or so for those that think Congress spends too much:

Why do I feel like a broken record? I just posted on Charlie Rangel proposing reinstating the draft, Ted Kennedy wanting to tax businesses to death, and now, Ted Kennedy wanting to raise minimum wage.
