Fixing Social Security

I have the Social Security issue all figured out ( again ).  It doesn’t require cutting back benefits or raising taxes.  It’s simple too.
Just expand the death penalty to include crimes that result in abuse or death.  That category would include molesters, drug dealers, and “insane” murderers.  Make it a lot simpler to enforce if [...]
